Introduction to The Royal Mews
'The Royal Mews at Buckingham Palace is home to the Royal transport including the Royal cars, the state limousines, the Royal carriages and of course, the key part to that, is the Royal horses that pull the carriages.
It's also a place that you can come and visit with your school group during term time and take part in any number of the different sessions that we offer.'
Reasons to visit The Royal Mews
'One of the benefits of out of classroom learning and the opportunity to come and visit a site like this is to see the objects for real and really get the wow factor as a way to inspire the children.
One of the other key elements of it is being able to kind of show them some really [kind of] special pieces as part of that, and that includes being able to open up the doors and show them inside'.
